The defense session for the research-based PhD dissertation in Medical Physiology was held on Sunday, May 10, in the presence of the examination committee members, supervisors, advisors, a number of faculty members, and students.
During the session, Ms. Zeinab Mohammadi Yarijani defended her dissertation entitled:
“Investigating the Effects of the Peptide Profile Derived from Bovine Milk Casein Protein on Chronic Stress-Induced Cognitive-Behavioral, Biochemical, and Electrophysiological Disorders in Adult Laboratory Rats”
At the beginning of the session, the candidate presented an overview of the objectives, methodology, findings, and results of her research. She then responded to the questions and comments raised by the members of the examination committee.
Following discussion and evaluation, the committee highly commended the scientific efforts undertaken and approved the dissertation with an excellent grade.
